The Triskele candle is a study in cycles—of nature, of spirit, of the self. Each face of the candle reveals an apple tree at a different stage of life: budding, flourishing, and returning to stillness. Together they form a quiet meditation on growth, harvest, and renewal. The apple tree has long been a keeper of knowledge and threshold moments, appearing in myth as both a giver of nourishment and a guardian of hidden wisdom. Its presence here invites the viewer to consider what season of their own becoming they are standing in.
Crowning the candle is the Triskele, an ancient symbol of triple movement. Found in Celtic, pre‑Celtic, and Indo‑European traditions, the Triskele represents the eternal motion between three forces—life, death, rebirth; body, mind, spirit; past, present, future. It is a reminder that nothing is static, that transformation is not a single event but a continual turning.
Together, the apple tree and the Triskele form a quiet spell of continuity. This candle is not just décor—it is a companion for those navigating change, honoring their lineage, or stepping into a new chapter with intention. Its carved surfaces catch the light like memory rising through shadow, making it a meaningful piece for altars, seasonal rituals, or anyone who feels called to the rhythm of cycles.
I hand detailed this one in a bronze shimmer to bring out the design. This candle is small, but so beautiful, at approximately 3 in. tall and about 2.5 in. wide. Unscented.
